Starter

 

Veloute of Mushroom

Finished with garlic mushroom toast.

 

Warm salad of Toulouse sausage

With a potato, spring onion and mustard mayonnaise salad.

 

Smoked Haddock and leek risotto

Topped with a soft poached egg and fresh chives.

 

A rocket, blue cheese and home blushed tomato salad

Finished with pickled beetroot and vintage balsamic.

 

 

Main Course

 

Roast Breast of Turkey

cranberry stuffing, chipolata in bacon and a red wine gravy.

 

Pan fried fillet of Seabass

With Champ, king prawns and a saffron and tarragon butter sauce.

 

Pot roasted Rump of Lamb

Fondant potato and a mint, shallot and caper sauce.

 

A Ravioli of Porcini mushrooms and ricotta cheese

Finished with a lemon and sage butter.

 

 

Dessert

 

Steamed Christmas pudding, brandy and vanilla custard.

 

White chocolate, strawberry and Drambuie crème brulee

with sticky meringue.
