Starter

 

Tomato and basil soup

Finished with aioli and croutons

 

Crispy duck salad

With toasted pine nuts, oriental vegetables and a sweet chili jam

 

Smoked salmon and Prawn parcel

With an avocado, lemon and chive mayonnaise.

 

A salad of baby buffalo Mozzarella

With vine ripened tomatoes, asparagus, French beans and a shallot vinaigrette

 

 

Main Course

 

Roast Sirloin of Beef

Sliced onto a fondant potato with a Madeira and shallot sauce

 

Pot roasted shank of lamb

Served with a cassoulet of Toulouse sausage, smoked bacon and winter vegetables.

                                                                                                                                 

Pan-fried fillet of sea bass

Served with a king prawn, leek and parmesan risotto.

 

A warm tartlet of wild mushrooms

Finished with, spinach, spring onions, fresh herbs and pecorino cheese

 

All main courses served with seasonal vegetables and roasted new potatoes.

 

 

Dessert

 

Steamed Christmas pudding

With a brandy and vanilla custard.

 

White chocolate and baileys fondue

Dipped with fresh exotic fruit
