Tomato and Red Pepper Soup - Finished with a Basil Crème Fraiche

 

Shredded Confit of Duck - With Mango, Coriander, Spring Onions, Avocado and Sweet Chili Jam

 

Baked Three cheese Filo Parcel - Finished with Spinach and a Caramelized Red Onion Dressing

 

Marinated Prawns and Crayfish - Served with a Le D2 Style Nicoise Salad

Slow Roasted Belly of Pork - Buttered Spring Cabbage, Caramelized Apples and a Cider Reduction

 

Oven Baked Chicken Saltimbocca  - Stuffed with Proscuitto Ham, Mozzarella and Basil, finished with a Salsa Verde

 

Gratinated Smoked Haddock and King Prawn Florentine - Served with Parmentier Potatoes

 

Fresh Italian Egg Pasta - Served with Sweet Cherry Tomatoes, Piementoes, Spinach and Artichokes
