With cherry tomatoes, French beans, new potatoes and shallots bound in sweet mustard dressing.

With a red onion marmalade.
Rabbit and mushroom risotto
Finished with spinach, spring onions and parmesan cheese.

Grilled Breast of chicken
With a mustard and herbs, finished on a fondant potato and Madeira sauce.
Crispy Confit of Duck leg
With braised Savoy cabbage , Smokey bacon , leeks and tomato
Slow Roasted Beef “ Daube “
Finished with a Bordelaise sauce and creamy garlic and herb mashed potatoes.
Pan Fried Fillet of Peppered Salmon
With a risotto of prawns, leeks and pecorino cheese.
Lightly Spiced Vegetable “Tagine”
finished with coriander and braised rice
