Roast Rib of Beef
with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes with a red wine and onion gravy
Roast leg of Lamb studded with thyme and garlic
accompanied by a fondant potato and pan juices
Poached fillet of Sea Bass
with a scallop mousse served with cocotte potatoes on a red pepper reduction
Slow cooked Belly of Pork
finished with black pudding, buttered cabbage and a Magners cider sauce
Risotto of Butternut Squash
Leeks and clue cheese finished with Rocket and pine kernels
