Starter
White bean and pasta soup
Finished with crispy lardons and thyme.
Pressed ham hock Persil lade
With a home made piccalilli and warm toast.
Seared fillet of local natural smoked haddock
Served with a Russian salad, and a lemon olive oil.
Sautéed chicken livers cooked in Marsala
Blue cheese Caesar salad with garlic sippets
A salad of goat’s cheese
Finished with remoulade, rocket, and tomatoes dressed in a red wine vinegar
and shallot vinaigrette.
Main Course
Grilled breast of Chicken marinated in sage and lemon
With petit pois a la francaises, pomme fondant
Pan fried fillet of Black Sea Bream
Served with crushed new potatoes spring onions olive oil
and a tomato and tarragon dressing
Ragout of lamb
Cooked in Provencal rose wine, tomatoes and flageolets
Sweet butternut squash risotto
Finished with blue cheese, and parmesan crackling
All main courses served with seasonal vegetables and new potatoes
Desserts
White chocolate and strawberry crème brulee with sticky meringue
